FLOW: Art Along the Ship Canal

In 2023 to 2024 I was invited by the City of Seattle Public Utilities Department to create a 6 month installation as part of the FLOW: Art Along the Ship Canal program. My artwork titled Parallax, explores the plight of the Chinook Salmon as they travel from Puget Sound to their spawning grounds in the Issaquah Creek and Cedar River watersheds. Since Chinook salmon are the preferred food for the local resident orcas, the centerpiece explores the environmental factors that are impacting these creatures.

A link to a PDF proposal I submitted is located to the right.
